The Partners for Healthy Kids’ “Clinic on Wheels” provides the Wilmington community with free medical care and referral services. It’s staff of nurse practitioners and registered nurses provides health check ups, medical care for sick and injured children and immunizations. It serves Wilmington elementary school students, as well as infants and preschool aged children that do not have medical insurance. The van is available at the following locations:

• Gulf Avenue Elementary School: the 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 1:00pm-4:00pm
• Hawaiian Avenue Elementary School: every Friday from 8:30am-11:30am
• Wilmington Park Elementary School: every Friday from 1:00pm-4:00pm
